19th Century Mexican Military Sword M1840 with CUSTOM Leather Scabbard & Grip
Feeling under the leather, is the typical Wrist breaker style Wrist guard, the Libertad Hat and RM marks are consistant with the M1840 used by the Mexican Military in the 19th Century
Total Length of the Sword sheathed is 39"
I purchased this Bridle and Bit several years ago near LaCygne KS.... the estate had a particular interest in  Pancho Villa and Similar... it was hanging on a 19th Century Silver Decorated Mexican Military Parade Saddle (being sold at auction in a separate listing) and a M1840 Military sword with CUSTOM handle & Scabbard(Also being sold in a separate Listing)
CONDITION: There is only light oxidation on the bit, the leather shows only light to modest wear, the rawhide reins are in surprisingly good condition
