NOTE: People have made the mistake that they buy this card when they have the early models of the Powermac G4, or the last models PowerMac G5s or the A1138 Powerbook G4).
There will be no return or refund if you find the current card is not the one you need (it simply takes too much effort do deal with the return). So please make sure this is the card you need before you buy it.

If you have a PowerMac G5, you should open your computer and make sure the antenna wire tip you have looks like that shown in the second picture.
From what I gather on the net, this card is apparently compatible with the following models.

Since I do not have experience with most of these models, please make sure this it the card you need via your own research.

For installation instructions, do a Google search with the following terms

It is important to connect the computer's internal antenna wire to the card.
This wire is inside your case, and it's end plug (which inserts into the card) should be close to where the card inserts into the computer.
Again, the instructions on the web should be very helpful in this.
Lastly, you may find a flashlight to be helpful in aligning the pins during installation.
