Offered is a very nice bird bit. The bit inside is 4 3/4", The bit has no manufacturing marks. That being said " I would attribute this bit to be made by August Buermann, Co". This bit is pictured in the BUERMANN No. 35 ILLIISTRATED CATOLOGUE The bit shows handling wear. All original with original lipchain. Port appears to have been filed down in the distant past to make this a straight bar bit (not so severe)
