Antique Vintage Horse Bit and . . .

Description

Vintage horse bit.  I believe it's copper, maybe brass? See pictures.  Also comes with leather strap as pictured.  Not sure what it is or does, but my grandfather had it in the same bag as the horse bit.
Shows some age in terms of tarnish, but overall in good shape.
