We found this old horse collar in a box of goodies we bought and I don't know a thing about it. It has some rust and pitting on it, but it is still in very solid condition. There is no rot or rust holes in it. it measures roughly 12" across the bottom, but is flexible. Look it over, you guys will know a lot more about it than I do. Ask any questions.
