BEAUTIFUL HAND WOVEN HORSEHAIR CHIRICAHUA APACHE INDIAN WAR BRIDLE C-1860We have the privilege to offer you an estate hand woven horsehair Chiricahua Apache Indian war bridle from the 1860 period.
This bridle was brought back from Mexico by Charles Sheldon to Woodstock, Vermont. Charles Sheldon, a naturalist, as a young man made his fortune in Mexico, then moved to Woodstock, Vermont.
Measuring about 22feet 10 inches, it is in nice condition. The last photo shows tape around it, which was put on an area that had frayed a little.
