    Contact your cemetery for any restrictions or requirements for your specific plot. Do not purchase a marker prior to this step.
    This includes but not limited to material, style, size, design finish and color.
    Your on-site responsibilities include any foundation required by the cemetery and the setting of the stone. Some cemeteries will set stones. Funeral Homes that sell stones and Vault Companies can be a source for locating this service.
    This work on your end is how you are able to secure savings but you have to be willing to do the work.

    Design process
    Designs available for this marker are listed in the design options. Standard front face engraving is included with this stone. Select a design when purchasing and enter the required information in the contact seller box in the checkout screen. If you have missed that simply message us the information.
    Once you send your order our designers will complete a graphic of your stone and send it to you for approval. Please review this closely once you approve the graphic and this is engraved there is no changing or correcting carvings. Some cemeteries will require a design be submitted for approval. In this case our graphic will have all the information needed from the dimensions of the stone and the specific granite along with of course the design. Send this graphic for approval and once approved we need approval to proceed. We do not create art prior to purchase. A complete refund will be made for any stone that cannot be approved for any reason with the design only. Purchased stones that do not meet cemetery restrictions that we complete designs on will not be fully refunded. Do not purchase a stone before you contact cemetery for restrictions. Custom designs can be accommodated and usually are priced between -0.00.

    Shipping Common Carrier freight lower 48 only (semi-tractor trailer not our truck)
    Shipping is free to a commercial business with equipment capable of unloading from a Semi and also for pick up at a freight terminal.
    Business must have access for Semi and full-time employees, equipment to unload the stone which will be palletized. Freight terminal delivery will set the skid on your truck or trailer.
    Home based business does not qualify no exceptions including ranches and farms. Cemeteries require additional fee of 0.00 for delivery includes lift gate service and must have full time employees. A street address is mandatory for delivery.
    Residential and Church deliveries require additional fee of 0.00 includes lift gate service. We will need the name and contact number for the employee of the business or cemetery that will be inspecting and signing for the stone.
    The buyer can only be that contact if employed at the business or cemetery or this is a residential delivery.
    Do not plan to meet truck at cemetery- this is not acceptable as past attempts by buyers have resulted in major issues for the buyer.
    Delivery
    Our history of shipping stones has a less than 1% occurrence of damage. That said damage can happen and if you follow this procedure, we will handle the claim and replace or repair the damaged stone. You are responsible that the stone is inspected for any damage from transit at the time it is delivered. No stone with damage can be accepted and signed for. If there is damage simply refuse the stone and it will be returned here where we will file the appropriate claim. If you accept and sign for a stone and then want to report damage you will have the responsibility of filing the damage claim. Understand if you signed the ticket for a stone without inspecting and then find damage most carriers will not pay for that claim. Inspect prior to signing- refuse if there is any damage. Make sure to communicate this to any one designated to inspect and sign for the stone.
    Communication
    All communication on any stone will be strictly in writing. We do not take any phone calls on stones. We will answer all questions you have in writing and you will have that record to assist in your process.
