    Incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada in November 5, 1936, located in the Potosi Mining District, Humboldt County, Nevada on the east flank of the Osgood Mountains, 35 miles northeast of Winnemucca. This cancelled stock certificate #9566 was issued for 100 shares of stock and issued on April 12, 1946. 8"  X 11". One corner has old tape repair on reverse, 5 cent transfer stamp included else very good condition.
    Suitable for framing or just to collect as a piece of early American mining history. This mine originally worked for gold in 1934 now produces arsenic, antimony, pyrite and marcasite.
