The watch was purchased and tried on; however, before trying it on I cut the string that had the tags on it. The watch was too big for my small wrist so I wanted to return it for a smaller model. Unfortunately because the string was cut the watch could not be exchanged.
The watch is new and has no blemishes, scratches, etc. It was only tried on. Box, papers, warranty and everything is included.
