The Grizzly Ridge Mining Company owned gold mines near Nevada City, California (Nevada County). Mines were within the Grizzly Ridge Mining District on Grizzly Creek, between North San Juan and North Bloomfield. The district was primarily hydraulic gold placer mining until the early 1900s when drift and ditch mining took over. Te Grizzly Ridge Mining Company properties included the Mazuma, Outlet, Grey Eagle, Polar Bear, and Little Bear claims.
