  • Condition: This is really a good looking bit with lots of age on it, well over 100 years old. It also has rein chains and this could be used but would work best in a collection, you are not seeing many of these as they are very hard to find.

    OLD ~FANCY~ MEXICAN CHARO STYLE BIT
    COPPER ROLLERS
    HAS VERY HIGH PORT and REIN CHAINS and CHAIN CURB
    This is in UN-MESSED with Condition
    This bit is very old, possibly from the late 1800's. We get these from time to time and this is one of the nicest ones we have ran across in a long time.  The chains are all in great condition. This was an average size bit for back then as the horses were pretty small.
    There is some surface rust
    This could be over 100 years old
    The bit is 5 5/8" tall (not counting the chains)
    The Mouth is 4"
    The Chains are 8" long
    The port is 1 3/8" tall
    This is a great looking old bit and would look great in your collection.
