We ship using FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, and First Class Mail. Since shipping is free to buyer, we use the least expensive shipping method.
RETURNS:
Buyer's Remorse Returns:
We offer returns on items if you are not satisfied with your purchase. If you purchase an item and it is as advertised, but you would like to return it - all we ask is that you pay for return shipping and we would happy to process your return.
Defective/Damaged/Not As Described:
We do not offer free returns unless the item is not as described, damaged, or otherwise defective - we offer free return shipping on those items for 30 days. Just use the eBay Returns system to receive a free shipping label.
All items come with our unique serial number & security label, tempering of security label will void warranty and you may not be eligible for full refund.
Exporters:
We do not support export outside the United States. Please do not ask us to remove invoices to avoid customs taxes. If you purchased the item and have any issue - we must receive the item back in order for return or replacement. If you purchase the item and it has traveled outside the United States, your warranty is VOID. No exceptions.
We ensure the warranty of the item to address that we shipped to - and have packaged the item for delivery to a United States address. We absolutely do not support freight forwarders. If you purchase an item, and it is shipped to you via freight forwarder, we cannot refund the item until we receive the item back. We also cannot do a partial refund on an order that is exported out. If you export your purchase, it limits our ability to help if there are problems.
