New in unopened box, the box is sealed.
This has a date of 1999 on it, so it's old technology!
Has built-in ethernet jack.  Double height card - make sure your laptop supports this.  Manufacturer part number MBLA3400.
Contents in the box are: card, assorted printed instructions and a CD-ROM.
