Hammer as secretary Incorporated in Arizona Capital stock of ,000,000 Uncancelled Certificate in good condition Nice vignettes of underground miners and mountain scene The company operated the El Socorro and other mines in the Ocampo district in Chihuahua, Mexico. The mines were operated by Col. W. J. Pender and mining discontinued by 1910. The company reportedly suffered loss and destruction of its mining plant and other properties from armed Mexican revolutionary forces.
