It has at least 2 applications on the Johnson & Evinrude outboards from the 1950's to 2007 and may fit others including the Gale & Sea King motors from the same era
Fits the carburetor throttle shaft on the 1.2 to 15 HP
Fits the lock lever pin on the 9.9 & 15HP swivel brackets
Measures approx 5/16" OD & 3/16" ID
