Attention collectors, show exhibitors!  This is a beautiful sweet iron cathedral bit with amazing Sterling Silver engraved loose jaw "swivel" Loomis style shanks made by Les Vogt Performance Equine, style #01636-2.  The close up photos show the makers mark on the insde left shank with"MAKER" and Les Vogts signature  and the number 01636 2.  Both engraved silver shanks have an engraved stylized cursive "LV logo directly above the rein rings  The bit does not have any signs of use but there is minimal slight rusting to both the mouthpiece and the shanks as is typical of sweet iron.
This is a very well made custom bit with a 7/16" diameter x 4-3/4 inch sweet iron Cathedral mouthpiece featuring copper inlays on the back side of the mouthpiece that measures 2-3/8 high by 1-1/2 inches wide.  The total shank length is 7-1/2 inches and the purchase is 3 inches for a 2.5 leverage ratio and weighs in at 17.35 ounces.  This stunning bit will make a great addition to your show bit collection and will look great in any show ring setting.
