This adapter is a PCIe and comes with both Long and short bracket in order to be used in full towers and/or SFF (Small Form Factor type PCs) and comes as shown. The card comes with an external Antenna that can be extended/mounted onto a wall or else for better reception.
This HP P/N is made to go with a lot of models but we tested them in the HP EliteDesk and ProDesk and they work in all Generations of these models, that is G1/2/3/4/5

§  Item will ship via UPS or USPS.  Other shipping carriers will be determined upon request.
§  We do ship to PO Boxes & APO/FPO addresses, but there will be an extra fee in most cases.
§  If needed we will ship the item in a double box for extra protection.
§  Shipping fee includes handling & packing materials.
§  No Local pickups.
§  Insurance is included in the cost of shipping.
§  Most purchases will ship out within 24 Business hours, but in some cases, some items might take up to 2 business days.
RETURN POLICY
We guarantee the item you purchase is the item we describe. In the event of refund due to sellers fault (if we ship a wrong item), full purchase price will be refunded with the shipping cost. For all other returns can only ask for an exchange, no money back.
All returns must be authorized and an RMA has to be issued.

For computer memory please consider the types like ECC, REG, UNBUFFERED, SERVER OR WORKSTATION MEMORY. For a non-working item, buyers can only ask for an exchange. Items must be returned in original packaging or similar packing.
If you receive any item damaged in transit, please notify us immediately. Original packaging must be intact.
