Batteries are always sold with no warranty, we may state condition just for your information. All sales are final, no returns. DOA items or items "not as described" will be fixed/replaced and shipped back to you or refunded at our discretion. Refund/replacement will be sent only after we receive your item back.  Buyer is responsible for paying shipping back to us. In some rare cases we may accept returns but they are subject to restocking fee %20 of your winning bid. S/H charges will not be refunded.
