This is a handsome pair of Glass Domed, Brass Backed Horse Bridle Rosettes.  They feature images of a Donkeys in Harness.
Glass domed bridle rosettes are a decoration for the horse's bridle that first became popular in the Victorian days, late 1800s.  TThese are not Victorian but have wonderful vintage classiness and some 20th century antique age to them.
These are in very nice condition for age with no chips or cracks. One brass back is more weathered than the other as shown by its darker patina.  The lithographs are bright and the glass is clear.
Each rosette is 1 3/4 inches in diameter.
