    Description

    Very unusual, long, long shanked August Buermann marked, Star Steel Silver with the star.
    The shanks measure nearly 12 inches from top to bottom, the mouth piece is 5 1/4 inches wide.
    I have had many, many Buermann bits, but this is the only one of its kind I have ever seen....I would            thus guess it is uncommon.
