Rotary Phone Bell System made by Western Electric
Funky white/beige combo, I was mixing chassis and shells just because I had a bunch of these phones and I could move parts from one to the other at will . . and create some masterpieces.
I painted one all red, another one a purple and blue combo, but my one attempt to paint flames on one was a complete disaster.
Shows some 'not too bad' signs of use, and absolutely worked when last connected.
This is the only one left from that batch of canvases.
Handset cord is dirty, maybe a bath in some warm water with Dawn handsoap?
A light plastic polish could make it all look shiny.
Or use it as a palette for something, uh, funky!
