Watch is used
Strap adjust out to approximately 7 1/2 inches.
I just replaced battery -
The old battery has evidence of leakage which I had cleaned up the battery holder area, but I did not take movement apart to clean.
***
I cannot guarantee water resistant after battery change  -
I did re-lubricate case back gasket before installing back case back gasket before installing case back.

**The watch movement has an issue whale setting time.  I noticed that the sweep small second hand located on left small register rotates rapidly while adjusting minute in our hands from my understanding it should remain still.
All the functions of the watch seem to work normally, stopwatch function, time function keeps good time. I don't know what causes the small second hand to rotate there may be some damage inside movement causing it.
One of the  bracelet link pins has split in two, but seems to function fine as long as you have both halves in the hole.

This Seiko is a sophisticated quartz pilot-style chronograph with stopwatch functions (1/20 sec to 60 minutes), and a 12-hour totalizer. The bezel contains a slide rule and a compass scale. The stainless steel case measures 41mm in diameter and it has a solid screw-in back. The luminous lumibrite markers and hands are easily viewable on the black dial. Includes a black slide rule-compass bezel, date window, a red seconds (activates with stopwatch function), and a Seiko stainless steel bracelet with a deployment closure. The rotary-type slide rule can be used to convert units and calculate essential flight data, speed or fuel consumption. The watch is 100 meter water resistant. Comes with a stainless steel bracelet with a push-button deployment clasp. Includes a Seiko Box.
