Sterling Silver Low Roller Curb Stainless Steel Cutting Cutter Colt Grazing Bit
This is a really nice unmarked stainless steel low curb cutting grazing bit with engraved sterling silver grazing shanks.
This is a new old stock bit.
The bit has a 4-3/4 inch wide x 3/8 diameter low port curb copper roller mouthpiece which makes it a great bit for a young horse getting acquainted with a leverage bridle.  The shanks measure 5 inches long with a 2-1/2 inch purchase for a mild 2 to 1 leverage ratio.  The back side of the mouthpiece is scored for a little more "bite" and has copper inlays to encourage salivation.
This is a great bit for starting a colt in the bridle or using on your great, broke cutting horse.  The sweet iron mouthpiece will encourage salivation to lessen the severity of the bit.   This is a nice light little bit that weighs 11.65 ounces.
