vintage engraving hand graver v tool copper plate making

Description

Vintage graver v tool. Marked "B V Missman". 90 degree V angle. Based on condition of tool’s cutting edge I would judge that this tool was almost never used. However, the handle shows light wear and age. (It came to me in a box of old gravers, and I'm guessing that it lived in that box for decades, but was seldom used. I assume that this was used for copper engraving (plate making).
Very light surface rust. Handle has been marked with 3 light hatch marks. May have originally had a ferrule, but not certain about that. Handle is classic mushroom shape with flat back, about 1 1/4" wide. Tool is about 4 7/8" total length. Tip does have a slight curve about 1/2" from edge.

REVISION: 11/22/2022. I measured the tip with a machinist square today and found that it is actually 90 degrees.
