Vintage Glass Covered Buckle Pinto Horse On Red Foiled Background

Featured in this auction, is a handsome, vintage bridle horse buckle. The subject is that of a red and brown spotted ( pinto ) horse that is shown in textured markings. The background appears to be like a red foiled paper. The buckle has a dome glass covering. The back has a closed, unbroken metal buckle closure. The diameter measures about one inch and a half.
The condition of this vintage horse buckle is good with some markings on the glass covering. The colors are bright. The back does show much metal corrosion due to its age but the buckle closure is not broken.
This piece would be a fine addition to any collection of bridle ornaments.
