    Google image identified this as an unmarked Sterling Silver Sliester USA  Copper Salinas Port Bit # 22 - 03. Personally, I have no idea, I'm not a horse person. I am not sure what it is made out of either, my first thought was cast aluminum or stainless steel. A magnet does not stick.  It is nicely engraved.  measures 8.5 inches across the side pieces, 6 inches the short sides. Has a copper or brass roller bit. No markings that I can find.  If anyone out there that knows their tack, any help would be appreciated, I really try to do my homework when I list, but there are so many variables in bits and tack, at this point I can't feel comfortable guaranteeing it is anything specific!
