Vintage Waterman 55 Hard Rubber Engraved / Named N.Y Police D 14Th Precinct

You are bidding on a most unique old pen. The pen itself is a Waterman's No 55 .It appears to be in decent cosmetic condition , but  has a dried bladder / something rattling inside. The cap of the pen has fading  / lighter colored areas. What is unusal about the pen is the inscription on the side.  It is marked Alfred  ??hraumberger    N.Y. Police D   Pct. 14 . There is damage to the very tip of the nib -one tine is missing the tip. Worthy of restoration. As found in a local estate.
