here is a vintage horse bit .
came from Mesilla New Mexico U.S.A. the Florencio Lopez family ,
from my grandfather / father barn. its been stored for many years.  i did spot clean it ( last 3 pictures )to show you the design on the sides and what its made from.  looks to be copper or brass.
