Waterman Superb Sterling Engraved 452 1/2 Fountain Pen Smooth Fine Nib Firm Flex

Offered for your consideration is a Waterman 452 1/2 lever-filling fountain pen.
It has a hand engraved pattern of vines and flowers. Even the clip and lever are engraved.
The cartouche has a wonderful dedication from the Nassau Craftsmen’s Club. The year (1937) of the dedication post dates the pen’s production by at least a half dozen years.
It is made of sterling silver over black hard rubber. It has no cracks or breaks. No deep scratches or cracks. The vulcanite is shiny and Black. The silver has a slight tarnish which enhances the stunning engraved pattern. The engraved pattern is crisp and without wear.
Just a stunning pen in wonderful condition.
The nib is a smooth Fine with firm flex allowing some line variation. (See writing sample).
